New Oceanic LLC was established in 2009 by a group of shipping and logistics experts with many years of experience; to offer exporters, Importers and overseas partners the full range of shipping, freight forwarding and logistics services.

In 2013 New Oceanic was acquired by EMCL Shipping S.A.E. One of the leading shipping and maritime service companies in the MENA region.

EMCL was established in 2004, starting its activities as a feeder operator with its own 230 TEUs vessel, moving annually over 15,000 TEUs.

In 2005, EMCL acquired its own fleet of dry and reefer containers and started to serve directly exporters and importers to cover for the shortage of equipment and insufficient service offered by a limited number of shipping lines serving in the MENA Region.

In 2006, EMCL increased its fleet of 20' & 40' dry and high cube reefer containers to cope up with the increasing demand of export and import traffic.

EMCL has later widened its network of services to offer weekly services to/from: Arabian Gulf, Far East, East and West Mediterranean, Black Sea and North Europe and US East Cost offering weekly regular services.
